LEGAL NOTICE & TERMS OF USE
Welcome to Kings and Queens Collections. By accessing our physical store, website, or social media shopping pages, and by purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following legal terms and conditions.
1. Business Identity
Kings and Queens Collections is a registered Sole Proprietorship under the Registration of Business Names Act, 1962 (Act 151) of the Republic of Ghana. The business is owned and operated by Christian Bleboo, with our primary location at Chinderi(Ajet Height), Oti, Ghana].
2. Pricing and Payment Terms
  • Currency: All prices listed are in Ghana Cedis (GHS).
  • Payment Methods: We accept cash, major debit/credit cards, and verified Mobile Money (MoMo) payments.
  • Payment Timing: Full payment must be confirmed before or exactly at the time of delivery. Items will not be left with the customer without confirmed payment.
3. In-House Delivery & Risk Transfer
  • Delivery Area: We deliver within designated areas using our own in-house dispatch riders.
  • Inspection on Delivery: Because we use our own riders, you are required to inspect the items immediately upon delivery.
  • Transfer of Risk: Once you accept the items from our rider and payment is processed, the risk of loss, damage, or degradation of the product transfers entirely to you.
4. Inventory & Availability
We sell only ready-to-wear or in-stock items. We do not accept pre-orders, custom sizing requests, or deposits for items not currently in our inventory. All orders are subject to stock availability at the exact time of order processing.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Ghanaian law, Kings and Queens Collections and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, minor delays in delivery due to traffic/weather, or temporary unavailability of our digital shopping platforms.

6. Data Protection & Privacy
In compliance with the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) of Ghana, we collect your personal data (name, phone number, digital address/location) solely to facilitate delivery. Your information is handled securely by our internal team and is never shared with external third parties.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms, your access to our shop, and any purchase disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any legal proceedings shall be handled exclusively within the courts of Ghana.
